Secret Chunky Guacamole Recipe

Description
This guacamole has a surprise ingredient that gives it the right amount of tang and saltiness. Serve with chips and a margarita.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Just Ripe Diced Avocados
- ½ whole Diced Large Tomato
- ¼ cups Diced Sweet Yellow Onion
- 1 teaspoon (heaping) Minced Garlic
- ¼ teaspoons Finely Diced Jalapeno
- ½ whole Lime Juice
- 1 slice Orange Juice
- 1-½ teaspoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 2 dashes White Pepper, To Taste
- 3 dashes Garlic Salt, to taste
Preparation
In a medium bowl, stir together avocados, tomato, onion, garlic and jalapeno together. Mash some of the avocado and careful to leave plenty of chunks.
Squeeze lime and orange juice and mix well. Add in cilantro, white pepper and garlic salt and stir.
Serve with chips and a margarita.
