Description

This is a cheesy cold seafood spread that I like to serve with raw veggies and crackers. It can be baked also. (Cook time is fridge time!)

Ingredients

  • 1 package Krab [surimi]
  • ½ pounds Cooked Frozen Shrimp, Thawed, Peeled And Deveined
  • 1-½ package Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons White Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ½ pounds Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Roughly crop the Krab and the shrimp.

Combine the cream cheese with the lemon, Tabasco, Worcestershire, and all the spices. Mix well, then stir in the the cheddar cheese and the seafood.

Mix lightly and chill for at least two hours. You could also bake it after chilling at 350F until heated through.

Serve with crudites and crackers.
