Description

A cold, cream cheese-based Mexican dip.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese
  • 2 whole Sliced Green Onions With Tops
  • 1-½ cup Shredded Cheese, I Prefer Kraft's 4-cheese Mexican Blend
  • ½ cups Finely Diced Red Pepper
  • ⅓ cups Your Favorite Salsa
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Dried Cilantro
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips Or Assorted Veggies

Preparation

Soften cream cheese. Add all other ingredients and mix well.

Eat immediately or chill for an hour. VERY addicting.

Made it for a holiday party over the weekend and it was devoured and requested for another event next week – will be keeping this one! I like the flavor of the preshredded cheese blend, I think it really made a difference.
