Description

These pop-in-your-mouth treats are a tasty, simple appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 40 whole Cherry Tomatoes (or Even More)
  • 7-½ ounces, weight Salmon (canned)
  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 2 Tablespoons Onion, grated
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Half-and-Half, To Moisten

Preparation

Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise. Remove pulp and invert on paper towels to drain. Combine all other ingredients to until you have a creamy consistency.

Stuff tomatoes with the creamy mixture using a small spoon. Garnish with parsley and chill before serving.
