Rosemary Chicken Pockets

Recipe Description

Easy, cheesy, impressive and simple! It’s the perfect brunch or party food. And you can adjust the amount more or less to taste!

Preparation Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Soften the cream cheese for easier mixing. Add the chicken and seasonings and mix well.

Unroll croissant dough triangles. Place a dollop of filling onto each triangle. Fold over edges and pinch shut to enclose completely. Place on baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining filling and croissant triangles.

Bake as directed on croissant package.

Ingredients

1 package Cream Cheese (8 Ounces)
1 can Cooked Chicken Chunks, 9 Ounce Can
2 Tablespoons Dried Rosemary
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 dashes Salt (preferably Season Salt)
1 dash Poultry Seasoning
1 package Croissant Dough, 8 Ounce Can

Tried these babies tonight and they were delish. We tried them with the turkey. Next time I will not use as much rosemary as the recipe called for but everything else will be the same. Best thing is this recipe is easy peasy and fast:)

I made these for a Christmas Cookie Exchange and they were devoured! So easy and yummy. Great for parties or appetizer. Thanks! I also used left over Thanksgiving turkey in mine.

I made these for lunch. They tasted great and were simple to make. Next time I will probably use less rosemary.

I just made these tonight except I just used what I had in the house- basically skipped the rosemary and added parsley for color. Next time I might use dill, I can see how you could get really creative with these. But the real point- they were delicious! They’re so light and rich at the same time, super easy to make (but they seem impressive). I’d recommend giving them a shot. Yum!

“I JUST made these! They’re still hot! I love the flavors! Next time I make this, which might be later this week for Christmas, I am going to add an extra can of chicken (I used 2 @ 5oz. each) and divide the mixture among 2 cans of crescent rolls. With having just 8 triangles, they are SUPER full and the cream cheese is really rich! Everything else will stay the same! Thanks for a wonderful recipe that’s quick and easy!”

These are so fantastic! I divided them over two packs of crescent rolls, and it still left several bites per roll. I even used the reduced fat cream cheese and crescent rolls and they are still heavenly!! I have made these several times and shared the recipe with a co-worker who loved them too. Thanks for sharing!
