This tapenade looks good but I have a question: Do you drain the oil from the artichokes and peppers or include it in the mix? Thanks! Marie

Well although I’m not the author of the receipe, I imagine you would not add the liquid from the artichokes and peppers since there is already oil in the receipe it might be too greasy. If it seems dry than you could add a little.Just my guess.I want to make this too.

Marie – Love your question.
I used artichokes straight out of the oil. I didn’t wash them or anything, which is why this recipe calls for so little additional olive oil. If you use artichokes that were in water – then you will need additional olive oil. Hope that helps!!
