Description

All you need is just a few, simple ingredients and a hot oven in order to get crispy and crunchy roasted chickpeas! Eat as a snack or as a topping to your favorite salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Chickpeas, Drained And Patted Dry
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoons Kosher Salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Toss chickpeas with olive oil and salt and roast for 40 minutes, rotating the pan halfway during roasting.
