Quick ‘n’ Easy Cheese Ball

Description
Have a party to go to? Don’t have time? Use the quick and easy cheese ball recipe, and be the talk of the night! I promise people will think it’s harder than it is, but that will be our little secret!
Ingredients
- ⅔ jars (4.5 Oz. Size) Armour Dried Beef
- 5 whole Green Onions
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Chive And Onion Cream Cheese
- Ritz Crackers, To Serve
Preparation
Dice dried beef and set aside. Thinly slice green onions.
In a large bowl combine cream cheese and chive and onion cream cheese. Using clean hands, work in diced dried beef and sliced green onions. Mix untill well combined. Spoon into a bowl or onto a platter. Using plastic wrap, mold into a ball. Serve with your favoite crackers and enjoy!
