This is my ‘comfort food.’ A classic dish from Venizia to Milano. Served for breakfast or lunch, or just as an appetizer.
Also try it with a spritzing of fresh lime drizzled over melon.
This is my comfort food. Perfect for a hot Italian day. I usually only use half of a melon, quartered, then sliced lengthwise. You can either line the bottom of the dish with prosciutto or wrap them around pieces of melon. Garnish with mint, and add a dash of fresh cracked pepper.
This is great with goat yogurt on the side drizzled with honey.
