This appetizer is light, elegant and tastes great. Perfect for a summer party outside!
Chop the chives and mix them with the cottage cheese.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Then take the slices of prosciutto crudo and put a teaspoon of the cottage cheese on each one. It’s best to make a line on one of the smaller ends of the slice instead of a dollop in the middle.
Now roll the slice up and either bind it together with a chive (not so easy, actually) or use a toothpick.
Prepare shortly before serving or keep in the fridge, so the cheese doesn’t get too warm.
