Make this delicious and colorful cracker dip one day in advance for an easy party appetizer.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Put the softened cream cheese into a medium sized bowl. Stir in bacon, ranch dressing mix and seasonings. Spread into the bottom of a small baking dish (I used the mini oval baker from Pampered Chef; it has a 2 cup capacity).
Add chopped chicken, BBQ sauce and a layer of cheese.
Before baking, top with the veggies. Heat at 350 F until warm, about 20 minutes. Serve with Wheat Thins and Ritz crackers.
