Description

Great dip for parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 package 8 Oz Cream Cheese, Softened
  • ½ cups Sour Cream
  • ¼ teaspoons Dried Oregano
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • ¾ cups Pizza Sauce
  • ¾ cups Chopped Green Pepper
  • ¼ cups Chopped Green Onions
  • 20 pieces Pepperoni Slices, Quartered
  • ¾ cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Spread into an ungreased 9″ pie plate or baking dish. Cover with the pizza sauce, top with green pepper, onions and pepperoni. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake 5-8 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted. Serve with bread rounds, bagel chip, breadsticks, or melba toast.

This dip was fantastic! I omitted the green onion (didn’t have any on hand) but the green pepper gave it that little something extra. Highly recommended!!

Fabulous dip! I’ve made it twice since finding it here last week… both times there wasn’t even a tiny bit left to scoop up at the end of the evening!

I kept it slighly simpler, but skipping the onion & green onions. Huge hit and will be making again and again!

Love this recipe! I omitted green pepper & onions and instead mixed green chiles into the cream cheese mixture. I also used minced garlic instead of garlic powder.
