A addictive snack mix that you can feel good about devouring. Go ahead and make a double batch. It’s going to be gone before you know it.
In a large bowl combine popcorn (make sure to remove the un-popped kernels), peanuts, pretzels, and crackers, Stir to evenly combine.
Drizzle with the butter and dust with Parmesan and ranch mix. Continue stirring mixture and drizzling butter, and evening coating with Parmesan and ranch until the snack mix is evenly coated. Taste, and adjust seasoning or Parmesan if needed.
Enjoy immediately. Best used within 1-3 days. Store any leftover in an airtight container.
