		<description><![CDATA[Wowzer......I made these as one of my starters for our NYE dinner party....they were HANDS DOWN the HIT of the appetizers!  They were delicious!  The sauce is a perfect compliment.  Crunchy on the outside, creamy and flavorful on the inside.  I did have to cook the risotto a bit longer than the recipe called for, and added more liquid to achieve a &quot;cooked&quot; risotto, but that was the only &quot;change&quot;.  I also prepped this during the day, and chilled until the party started.  Our party was an interactive chef party (2 of us cooking...with a mystery chef and me)....so we fried these and served.  Absolutly WORTH the fuss!  Thank you!]]></description>
