A rich, unique but simple appetizer that will wow your guests.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add mushrooms and onions and saute until onions are clear. Cut cream cheese into cubes and add to skillet, stirring until melted. Stir in crab, shrimp, dill, salt and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a Corning Ware dish. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350°F until cheese is lightly browned. Serve with crackers or artisan bread.
