This is my mom’s recipe. She made them every year for the holidays. Even though she’d make at least 2 dozen of these tasty treats, there usually wasn’t any left by the time the turkey was served.
Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove egg yolks. Mash yolks and combine with remaining ingredients, except paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Refill egg whites, using a pastry tube if desired. Sprinkle with paprika and chill till ready to serve.
