Mexican Dip

Recipe Description
This quick and delicous dip is great for any time and it only takes 10 minutes to make.
Preparation Instructions
Take a dinner plate and layer ingredients above in the order they are listed in, starting with refried beans. Then have lots of tortilla chips for dipping. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 can Refried Beans
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- ½ teaspoons Chili Powder
- ⅛ teaspoons Cumin
- 1 bunch Green Onions, diced
- 1 whole Tomato, Diced
- 1 cup Mexican Cheese
- ½ cups Black Olives, Optional
- ½ whole Avocado (optional)

I have been making this for years and absolutely love it! My kids beg for this all the time which is no small feat because I rarely come across a dish that all 5 absolutely love!

I made this tonight and it was really very good. I heated the bean layer, then spread the sour cream on top of it while warm and then added everything else. It was delicious and EVERYONE ate it!

Do you just sprinkle the chili powder and cumin on top of the sour cream or do you mix it in with the beans or something?
