Mango, Strawberry & Goat Cheese Bruschetta

Description
A fresh snack of mango and strawberry salsa atop creamy goat cheese and a baguette slice. Delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chopped Mango
- ½ cups Chopped Strawberries
- ⅓ cups Diced Red Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 2 teaspoons Lime Juice
- ¼ teaspoons Cumin
- ½ teaspoons Diced Jalapenos
- 1 loaf French Baguette
- ¼ pounds Goat Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
Preparation
In a medium sized bowl, combine mango, strawberries, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, cumin and jalapeno. Put it into the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes.
Cut baguette into fourteen 1/2-inch slices. Smear the slices of bread with 1/2 tablespoon of goat cheese each. Drizzle honey on top of cheese. Divide mango and strawberry salsa onto the top of the cheese. Enjoy!
