Description

The ultimate snack for movie night (or any night)!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • ¼ cups Popcorn Kernels
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Zest
  • 2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoons Madras Curry Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Shredded Coconut
  • ⅛ teaspoons Salt

Preparation

Add coconut oil and a few popcorn kernels to a large stock pot. Cover and heat over moderate heat until kernels begin to pop. Then add the remaining kernels, cover and continue to cook, shaking pot occasionally. Continue to cook over medium heat until popping stops. Remove from heat.

Mix together lime zest, brown sugar, curry powder, coconut and salt in a small bowl. Toss with popcorn to combine.
