Description

A wee little spin on classic nachos. Buffalo chicken and three different cheeses melted on over tortilla chips and covered with your favorite toppings. If you love Buffalo chicken, then these Loaded Buffalo Chicken Nachos will be your new favorite treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 pound Ground Chicken
  • 1 cup Chopped Yellow Onion
  • Salt And Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • Tortilla Chips, As Needed
  • ½ cups Pepper Jack
  • ½ cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cups Cheddar Cheese
  • Your Favorite Nacho Toppings, As Desired

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F

In a skillet, add olive oil and butter. Over high heat, add ground chicken, yellow onion, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook chicken until done. Lower heat to medium and add Buffalo sauce to the skillet. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until it thickens.

In 9 x 13 baking sheet, place down tortilla chips. Top with half of the cheese, then add Buffalo chicken, and top with remaining cheese.

Bake nachos for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Add toppings and enjoy!
