Tried this tonight and it is so good!! I had a fresh cucumber that I added to it and some fresh cilantro.
Husband said it is a keeper! It went great with pulled pork, bbq sandwiches.

FANTASTIC!!! A for sure keeper. My husband went crazy over them. I also snipped a little fresh oregano from the garden into the mix. So fresh and satisfying. Perfect mixed into a salad the next day for lunch (which is exactly what I’m having right now). Thanks!

These are so good! I loved that I didn’t have to turn on the oven or stove to get a great tasting, totally fresh appetizer that everyone enjoyed. Thanks for a great recipe!

So light and fresh. How can you not like fresh herbs with tomatoes? Healthy too, you don’t feel guilty for eating it!

Very very delicious! Love the flavor. I might use a little less oil next time, but definitely want to make these again!

These Marinated Tomatoes are to die for! They are easy to make and everyone loves them. Thank you for sharing this recipe. I have made them several times with all the summer tomatoes we have.

I don’t like fresh tomatoes, I know, unAmerican! But this marinade would be good with pasta or cucumbers! Going to try this weekend. Thanks!

Might go great with some cous cous stirred in to make a meal of it. Sounds delicious! I await my tomatoes with the patience of a child at Christmas. Thanks for a great recipe!

You can sop up all the yummy leftover marinade with big chunks of good quality bread. I’ve also used the leftover marinade to make quinoa (rice or couscous would be nice as well).

Hello, right now I am patiently waiting my tomatoes to marinade and after just giving the marinade a taste, I know it’s going to be soooo good! May I have permission to post this recipe on my blog? I will of course give you the credit and link it back to you! Thanks! You can message me on TK, or I will check back soon.
