Description
This is the recipe for my friend Jo Ann’s fabulous cheeseball. The ingredients sound a little weird, but together, they make one awesome cheeseball.
Ingredients
- 2 blocks Cream Cheese (8 Oz. Each), Softened
- ½ cups Bell Pepper, Chopped And Drained
- 4 ounces, weight Pineapple Tidbits, Drained
- ½ cups Onion, Chopped
- 1-½ teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 1 cup Pecans, Chopped
Preparation
Mix all ingredients (except the pecans) together in a large bowl. Form into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for at least 4 hours. Roll in chopped pecans before your guests arrive. Serve with crackers of your choice.
