Description

So easy to put together, and you control the amount of zip by the amount of jalapenos you add. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Sour Cream
  • ½ cups Mayonnaise (the Real Stuff)
  • ½ cups Salsa
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can (14.5 Oz. Size) Sweet Kernel Corn, Drained
  • 2 whole Jalapenos Seeded And Chopped
  • Tortilla Chips, To Serve

Preparation

Mix everything and refrigerate for several hours to let flavors combine (I have served this immediately and it’s still very delicious). Like a little less spice? Take out the jalapeno. Like a little more? Add more jalapeno and a spicier salsa!

Serve with tortilla chips.

I took this to a Christmas Party and it was a huge hit! So easy and delicious! Definitely need to refrigerate to allow all the flavors meld.
