Description

Are you looking for an easy, flavorful, crowd pleaser for this holiday season? Look no more. This dip is it. Three ingredients, minimal prep, serve it up with your favorite “dipping vehicle” and you are good to go. We all love this dip at our house and it can be made up ahead of time, refrigerated and warmed up in the crockpot for your gathering. I can make a meal out of this one. Dip in and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pork Sausage, Mild
  • 2 packages Cream Cheese (8 Ounces Each), Room Temperature
  • 1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes With Green Chilies, Mild, 10 Ounce Can

Preparation

Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Once browned, drain off the fat. Place the cream cheese in a bowl, combine with sausage and Rotel. Stir until mixed thoroughly. Warm slightly in the microwave or put it in a crockpot to warm up and stay warm as you serve! Pick your favorite chip or vegetable. Scoop it up and enjoy! This recipe makes about 6 servings.
