Description

This dip makes a great addition to your appetizer lineup, whether for your next football get together, or party.

P.S. Man approved.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 Oz. Size) Cream Cheese (can Use Light)
  • ½ pounds Lump Crab Meat, Broken Up
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise (can Use Light)
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Green Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 2 teaspoons Horseradish
  • ½ cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes, Plus More For Garnish
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Parsley, Plus More For Garnish

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Mix all ingredients well. Spread in a lightly buttered baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and lightly golden on top.

Remove from oven and sprinkle lightly with a little more red pepper flakes and dried parsley.

Serve with crostini, tortilla chips, bread cubes, or vegetable sticks.

Just made this and if my husband doesn’t get home soon there will be none left. Delicious! I actually ran out of parsley and used dry dill instead and it’s so good (but I love dill).

Is it wrong to eat this as a main course? It’s so good! Making another batch today. I love it on bread so maybe today I’ll top some soft pretzels with it.
