Description

Warm and gooey goodness!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Brie Cheese
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (low Fat Fine)
  • 2 Tablespoons Basil Pesto
  • 2 Tablespoons Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Toasted Pine Nuts
  • 2 ounces, fluid Sweet White Wine

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in an oven-safe dish and bake for 20 minutes at 375°. Stir about halfway through. Let cool a few minutes and then serve with a sliced baguette or water crackers.

Cube your brie (no rind) and cream cheese first, somehow that did not end up in the recipe!! Let me know when you make it, this is in big rotation at my house for small dinner parties, everyone always loves it!
