These little crackers are a wonderful little bite. A savory cracker that is full of flavor and pretty easy to make.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup flour, seasonings, and cheese. Cut in the butter with a fork. Add milk and stir until a the dough forms into a ball. Turn out onto a floured board and roll out into a rectangle about 1/4″ thick. Trim edges to square up and cut into 4 equal sized rectangles and then cut each rectangle into squares. Then cut each square diagonally into triangles.
Carefully place the triangles onto a lined or greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack to finish cooling.
