Mix together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, soda, and salt.
Separately, mix the margarine and honey and then pour into the dry ingredients.
Mix well and drop onto a greased baking sheet.
Roll out to the corners with a rolling pin.
Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
Cut quickly when they come out of the oven.
Variation: drizzle chocolate sauce on top before baking. Or sprinkle granola on top.
They are great with milk while slightly warm.
