Definitely different than store bought, but very tasty!

I’ve made these twice now. The second time I rolled them out to almost half the width (so they were thinner I used 2 pans) and they are fabulous that way.

This sounds like a great recipe. I will have to try it soon because my grandson loves graham crackers. One question, I don’t ever cook with margarine so it should be ok to use butter right? Thanks for the recipe.

These are amazing! My 4-year old twins helped make these, and they licked the bowl clean before we even baked them!
I really like that they are completely whole wheat flour, and the honey gives them plenty of sweetness. Definitely making these again, perhaps with some flax and finely chopped walnuts!

One more thing – my kids are “getting used to” whole wheat things, so the last time I made these, I used a 1/2 cup white flour and 1.5 w.w. flour — still yummy.

I just made these. They are great. I sprinkle a little cinnamon/sugar on top before baking and the other pan I made plain. I like the cinn/sugar one better but both are great!

A VERY tasty cookie, my two-year-old can’t get enough. I used butter instead of margarine, and it made a very soft dough, but I could still use my rolling pin if I was careful. An easy cookie to make, I like that they’re whole-grain, but with an entire stick of butter I wouldn’t call them health food.

These are so easy, tasty, and healthy. They’re much chewier than the purchased variety. I froze half a batch and they came out just as good. I substitute butter for margarine and haven’t been able to roll them, but they are easy to pat into shape.
