Description

This High-Protein Snack Mix is perfect for keeping you full and satisfied on all of your long summer road trips! Plus, it’s kid-friendly!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted Dry-roasted Almonds
  • 3 ounces, fluid Beef Jerky, Ripped Into Smaller Pieces
  • ½ cups Dried Cherries
  • ½ cups Crispy Chickpeas (I Used Chipotle Flavor)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Sqaures
  • 2 cups Popped Popcorn
  • 1 cup Pretzel Sticks
  • 1 cup Snap Pea Crisps

Preparation

Toss all ingredients in a large bowl until evenly combined. Store in gallon-sized Ziploc bag for easy transport.
