Description

A quick and healthy lunch or snack. Just like a tuna melt but with salmon. Couldn’t be better for you and full of flavor, too!

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces, fluid Pink Wild Alaskan Salmon
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Fat-free Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Pickle Relish Of Your Choice
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 1 slice Wheat Bread Or Bread Of Choice
  • 1 slice Cheese Of Choice
  • 1 slice Thick Tomato

Preparation

Mix together salmon, mayo, yogurt, relish with salt and pepper to taste. Spread onto toasted slice of bread and top with cheese. Broil until cheese is melted and top with salted tomato slice. Enjoy with a small green salad!
