Brownie batter as a healthy, high-fiber snack?

  • 2 Tablespoons Cashew Butter Or Peanut Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 5 Tablespoons Agave Or Honey
  • ¼ cups Cooked Sweet Potato Or Pumpkin Puree
  • ¼ cups Cocoa Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt

Preparation

Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Dish it up and serve with your favorite dippers such as pretzel sticks, apples or graham crackers.

This looks awesome. Great change to the traditional humus. I’m sure fruit, graham crackers, or even celery would taste great in this dip (I mean it does taste great with peanut butter)!
