Great appetizer that can be frozen and kept on hand for the last minute guests!
Brown the ground beef and sausage in a large skillet. Seed and chop up fresh jalepeno and add to the mixture. Once fully cooked, drain the fat off the meat.
Add the cubed Velveeta on low heat and stir until cheese melts.
Spread mixture over cocktail bread.
You can freeze these and then take them out when needed, heating them up using the broiler to toast them.
