Description

Everything about Ham, Cheese and Asparagus Croissants is delicious. Just the smell of them baking is splendid. They are so simple to prepare, require no measuring, and they are totally adaptable.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Croissant Roll Dough (I Used Reduced Fat Variety, 8 Ounce Container)
  • 4 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 8 slices Thinly Sliced Deli Ham
  • 8 slices Deli Provolone Cheese
  • 16 spears Asparagus, Steamed And Cut In Half

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 375 F.

Unroll the croissant dough on a work surface. Separate each triangle using the provided perforations. Spread ½ teaspoon of mustard on each triangle. Layer one slice of ham, one slice of cheese, and 4 pieces of asparagus over the wide end of each croissant. Roll up the dough and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese begins to melt. Serve warm.
