In a bowl add cream cheese, pepper jack cheese and chicken. Mix until combined.
Stuff the jalapenos with the cheese mixture.
Spray grill with cooking spray. Heat grill on low to medium heat. Add jalapenos onto grill. Cook until cheese is melted, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve with a ranch dressing.
