Roasted green chile, cheese, and crab on an English muffin and broiled to crispy perfection.
Remove all pieces of shell from the can of crab meat (if there are any, some brands are better than others). Mix together the cheese spread and the butter. Add the crab and green chile.
Split the English muffins and top with about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture. Arrange the muffins on a baking sheet and broil until the cheese is bubbly and starting to crisp up a little. Cut into little triangles and enjoy!
Alternatively, you can freeze the muffins in a single layer and then place them back in their packaging for freezer storage.
