Grandma’s Spinach Dip

Description
Velvety spinach dip from Grandma Pellegrini’s kitchen.
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Cut Up Scallions
- ½ whole Clove Garlic
- ½ cups Cilantro Leaves
- 4 whole Basil Leaves
- 1 cup Fozen, Chopped Spinach
- 1 pinch Green Stevia Powder
- ⅔ cups Olive Oil
- 4 Tablespoons Vinegar Or Lemon Juice, Or Both
- 1 whole Pulp From Small Avocado
Preparation
Ina food processor, blend together everything except the avocado until very smooth. Add avocado and blend only until well incorporated.
Note: I decided on the avocado after making it. It gives it a more velvety texture.
I get green Stevia powder (bulk) at Organica.
