Description

Amazing for parties. They will think it took you hours to make….

Ingredients

  • 1 can (12 Oz-10 Count) Refrigerated Biscuits
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ½ cups Onion, Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, Chopped
  • ¼ pounds Steak, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Gorgonzola Crumbles
  • ¾ cups Fresh Mozzarella

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. In a large pan, over medium-high heat, drizzle olive oil. Add in your chopped onion and cook about 2-3 minutes, or until the just start to be come translucent.

3. Add in garlic and mushrooms.

4. Add steak and cook until it is no longer pink (about 5 minutes).

5. Turn heat down to medium to medium-low (just simmer), until the liquid reduces by half.

6. Add in your balsamic vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 2 minutes.

7. Add Gorgonzola and turn heat off.

8. Flatten each of the biscuits until they are double the original size.

9. Place 1 Tablespoon of mozzarella and 1 Tablespoon of meat mix in center of each biscuit.

10. Bring all sides of the biscuit up and seal the top around the filling. Place on cookie sheet (seam side down). Bake 14-16 minutes, or until golden brown.

11. Remove and let cool about 2-3 minutes, or until they can be handled.

These were divine! One of the BEST ways to eat steak. My husband asked if we could have them again tonight! Two thumbs way up!!
