Description

Heavenly, creamy spread of goat cheese, olives, sun dried tomatoes and fresh herbs

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, fluid Goat Cheese, Sliced
  • ¼ cups Pitted Black Kalamata Olives, Chopped
  • ¼ cups Pitted Green Olives, Chopped
  • ¼ cups Sun-dried Tomatoes, Packed In Oil, Chopped
  • ¼ cups Fresh Basil, Julienned
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Rosemary
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Thyme Leaves
  • 3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preparation

*Slice goat cheese with dental floss into rounds and place in a
single layer on serving plate.

*Scatter olives, tomatoes and basil over the cheese.

*Whisk the remaining ingredients together and pour evenly over the cheese.

*Cover and marinate at room temperature for several hours or over night in the fridge.

*Serve at room temperature with crusty bread or crackers
