Description

Granola is one of my favorite snacks to pack on-the-go. It is quick and easy and always seems to hit the spot. Beware of store-brought brands though, they usually have gluten in them!

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Gluten Free Oats
  • ½ cups Slivered Almonds
  • ¼ cups Pecans
  • ¼ cups Sunflower Seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ¼ cups Shredded Coconut

Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine oats, almonds, pecans and sunflower seeds.

In a separate bowl, combine honey, coconut oil, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Microwave for 20 seconds.

Combine ingredient blows. Stir well. Add coconut.

Line granola across baking sheet (use nonstick foil). Bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes while flipping granola every 5 minutes. Remove and allow granola to harden.
