A wonderfully easy appetizer that is sure to be a hit!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Open containers of crescent rolls, and lay them flat out in an oven safe dish, alternating the points from the inside and outside.
Slice the brie through the middle, so you have a top and bottom half.
Spread the preserves in the center of the bottom half of the brie so that it is evenly dispersed. Place the top half back on top of the bottom.
Pull the crescent rolls up around the sides and top of the brie, making sure that no brie is showing through.
Place brie in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the crescent rolls are done.
Immediately remove and serve warm with crackers.
