Throw avocados in a bowl and squeeze the lime over avocados so they don’t brown. Use a potato masher to mash avocados; I like to leave it chunky. Add onion, jalapeño, cilantro and mix together. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle at the end with olive oil. Serve with whatever you want! Enjoy.
