Description

This super guacamole is perfect for the Superbowl, game day, or really any day. We make this almost every other week for a healthy, antioxidant packed snack. It’s so delish and addictive!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Large, Ripe Hass Avocados
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced
  • 1  Small-medium Red Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2  Ripe Tomatoes On The Vine, Seeded And Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
  • ¼ cups Finely Chopped Cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

Peel, pit and mash avocados with a fork. Combine with the juice of 1 lime and chopped red onion, mixing to combine well. Add rest of ingredients and mix to thoroughly incorporate. Serve immediately with corn chips, for best color/appearance.

If serving later, keep guacamole in an airtight container, with cling wrap set directly on top of the guacamole to seal out air. Place in the fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!
