Description

Quick and easy dip that is great as an appetizer served with chips and always a hit. Combines a lot of popular flavors and is especially great for football games. Sometimes we even eat this for dinner with tortillas or chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 block Cream Cheese (8 Ounce Block, Regular Or Reduced Fat)
  • ¾ cups Guacamole (pre-made Or Make Your Own)
  • ½ jars Salsa Of Choice, 16 Ounce Jar
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Pre-made Chili, With Beans Or Without
  • 1 cup Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
  • 10 pieces Black Olives, Halved
  • 10 pieces Grape Tomatoes, Halved

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Soften cream cheese and spread evenly in the bottom of a 9×13 inch glass pan. Spread guacamole evenly on top of cream cheese. Add a layer of salsa on top of the guac (you can use as much or as little salsa as you want, or omit). Spread canned chili on top of salsa. Top the chili layer with shredded cheese. Garnish shredded cheese with halved olives and grape tomatoes.

Stick the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until you can see the cream cheese and shredded cheese bubbling. Don’t let the shredded cheese get too brown.

Let stand for 5 minutes and then serve with tortilla chips and dollops of sour cream.
