Description

Quick and easy guacamole dip.

Ingredients

  • 3  Avocados
  • ½  Serrano Chile
  • ¼ cups Coriander
  • 2  Limes
  • ½ teaspoons Salt And Pepper
  • ½ cups Water, Or Less

Preparation

Cut the avocados in half. With the knife, take the pit out and cut the avocados in segments. Scoop them out with a spoon and place them in a clean bowl while you cut them all.

Now cut the serrano chile. I only use less than a half of the serrano chile because it is really spicy. (You can take the seeds out if you want.)

Now throw the sliced avocados, coriander, lemon juice, serrano chile and salt and pepper into a blender. Mix until smooth, adding water if needed. Pour into a plate.

Decorate with a leaf of coriander and cover with plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole to prevent oxidation.

Refrigerate until served.
