This is the super quick, super easy fruit dip. Perfect with apples, strawberries, pears, basically anything.
Cream both ingredients together with a hand mixer until smooth. Chill or serve at room temperature with your favorite fruit.

I made this after finding a similar recipe elsewhere but I made it with these proportions. This is very simple but very good. I did use the low-fat cream cheese because that was what I had on hand.
I like to add a few drops of red food coloring. Turns out to be a pretty pink color.

I thought this combo sounded so strange until I tried it! I make a similar recipe that adds a few tablespoons of freshly-squeezed lime juice, a teaspoon of lime zest and a dash of ginger. It gives a hint of freshness that’s perfect for tropical fruits and berries.
