Easy 5-Ingredient Spinach Dip

Description
This can be made in under 15 minutes for a quick treat. This is our family’s movie-night snack. We just can’t get enough, and it’s so easy to make!
Ingredients
- 1 (16 Oz) Bag Frozen Chopped Spinach
- 3 Green Onions, Finely Chopped (the Green Parts, Too)
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 (1 Oz) Pkg Ranch Dressing Mix
Preparation
1. Cook spinach on stovetop according to instructions on package. When done, drain well, squeezing out as much water as possible.
2. While spinach is cooking, mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
3. Return drained spinach to pot and add sour cream mixture.
4. Stir spinach dip over medium-low heat until sour cream is no longer bright white. Serve with tortilla chips or cubed French bread.
