Cream cheese with a twist … an Italian twist.
Pull the cream cheese out of the refrigerator about 10 minutes before mixing to make it softer. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the dry Italian dressing. Mix thoroughly. To form the ball, scoop contents onto a piece of Saran wrap and cover, forming the ball.
Optional: roll the cheese ball into finely chopped pecans.
Serve with crackers.

I love making this! I do the same thing, but I keep the cream cheese in it’s rectangular form so it’s more of a cheese log coated in the dressing.
