These veggie sausage balls taste just like the real thing. They’re so good that meat eaters won’t know the difference!
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Crumble the sausage into a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place 1/2 inches apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake on the middle rack for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Store leftovers (if there are any left!) in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
This recipe is ideal for a party or potluck. I’ve cut the recipe in half many times and it turns out great!

The meat version of these were a family favorite, but we recently stopped eating pork, so I’m really excited to try this!! Thanks for sharing!
