These are perfect in the summer! I used celery seeds instead of dill to sprinkle on the top. Super yummy!

These were such a delicious and easy appetizer. They looked really elegant too! I used baby cucumbers sliced very thin and also added thin slices of grape tomatoes.

I love these! I make them regularly (because that cocktail rye or pumpernickle freezes beautifully). For a beautiful platter, I alternate the garnish with dill and Penzey’s Smoked Parika. Delish!

I made these for my last party and wow! I’ve always eaten them with plain cream cheese, but adding the Italian dressing mix completely changed my view! These were awesome and I will be making these for my next party as well!!

My 5 year old loves cucumbers and I have been trying to think up different stuff for lunches when she start school this year. Trying it on her this weekend maybe minus the dill seasoning on hers.

Yum – these look wonderful! I usually mix mashed garlic and chopped oregano to the cream cheese, but it’s the same idea – and I love the dark bread!

I got a bunch of homegrown cucumbers from one of my hubby’s customers and just yesterday I was thinking I need to find a cucumber sandwich recipe!!! Thanks Angie, this sounds wonderful!
